what are The Advantages of a service plan?
Typically, arranging ad hoc piano services is more costly than a service plan in which costs are agreed upfront and can be budgeted for well in advance.
Furthermore, our Service Plan secures the availability of our trusted Technicians at set points throughout the year.
Our Service Plans are designed to provide up to date information about the condition of each of your pianos. This empowers you to make informed decisions about how best to manage your portfolio.
We begin with a complete inspection of the piano stock. This consultation allows us to provide our recommendations which forms the basis of the Service Plan to be mutually agreed upon.
The Service Plan covers a set number of services over a set period of time. E.g. Grand pianos serviced twice a year, upright pianos once a year.
The plans are created to meet your business needs and agreed by mutual assent.

Charges are agreed in advance and invoicing occurs after the completion of works.

Costs are dependent on the quantity and frequency of services provided.
For long term plans spanning several years, we use CPI-based inflation calculations to project future expenditure.
